A delicate and delicious filter coffee with notes of dried apple, brazil nut & and the juiciness and acidity of red grape.  This coffee comes to us via our relationship with our long-standing partners and friends, La Marianela. We were put in touch with some of their friends in one of the most southern producing areas of Colombia where honey processing is very unusual and carries more inherent risk than the traditional washed methods.

However, the results are often more sought after and can produce better returns for the farmer!

The farm, which lies in the town of El Tablon, produces what it calls a ‘floral’ honey process that delivers an exceptional and unique cup profile. The fermentation of the cherry mucilage imparts a punchy fruit flavour, typical of this process, but also a clean and refined finish that lends it perfectly to filter brewing.
