Nice beans - slightly smokey aroma on opening bag. Nothing significant on grinding. Brewed 1:16 with V60 , Cafec filters , 50 redclix on Comandante. Pleasant vanilla and caramel with and dried fruit flavours to finish Gentle acidity and smooth mouth feel with mild aftertaste. My blind taste guess is a central or S American Natural.
